ARTi is pleased to welcome J.R. Richardson into the position of Vice President of Business Development for ARTi. JR is a well-known figure in the federal contracting industry, with 46 years of hands-on pre-award and post-award contracting experience spanning 10 contracting activities across the Army. He retired as Director of Contract Operations for the Army Contracting Command. J.R. led contracting operations at Fort Bliss, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Huntsville Engineering Center, and the Omaha District as Director of Contracting. J.R. was also a major player executing the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command mission at Fort Huachuca.
In addition, JR has a proven record of facilitating long term business relationships with both customers and industry luminaries. His strong winning attitude and personality are assets that will complement and enhance ARTi’s and our team members’ abilities to meet the needs of our customers as we continue to provide quality services and innovative products to the marketplace.
